Welcome. I'm glad you're here.
As a therapist, my goal is to provide the space for you to feel less alone as we navigate the impact of life's challenges. For many people, counselling is an opportunity to be accompanied on a path toward healing, growth, and deeper connection with themselves and others.
If you are looking for that space and support,
I would be delighted to hear from you.

I'm glad you're here.
As a therapist, it is a privilege to accompany my clients on their journeys and to bear witness to the spectrum of life's challenges and rewards.
For many people, counselling offers the space and opportunity to rediscover themselves, heal pain, and find meaning. If you are looking for that space, welcome.
I believe that suffering occurs when we feel alone in our experience of overwhelming pain or emotion. Healing begins when we (re)learn to feel safe within our bodies, relationships, and communities, and feel more seen and supported by trusted others. Therapy can offer a space for this safety and connection to develop as you build self-trust, compassion, and move towards healing, growth, and alignment with your values.

Many of my clients seek support in response to unexpected and stressful life events, or the acknowledgement of deep historical pain. I often hear a longing for healing, deeper connections with others, and more fulfillment in life. Counselling can offer the space to process and explore the impact of these experiences on your identity, relationships, and sense of wellbeing.

It is my priority to create a respectful environment in order to develop safety, trust, and connection with my clients in a space free from shame and judgement.

I work within client-centered, relational, and trauma-informed frameworks, and utilize evidence-based approaches to help you meet your unique needs and goals, including:
Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP)
Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT)
Internal Family Systems (IFS)
Attachment Theory
Feminist & Anti-Oppressive Frameworks
Mindfulness, Somatic & Sensorimotor Approaches
